In celebration of all things spooky, here’s a photo of the painting I did for the cover art work for my novella, Zombie Reflux.
Pretty gory, but then again I am a huge horror fan. I did the initial sketch in pencil, then painted over with acrylic – the whole thing took me about 2 hours in A3 size.
In terms of horror, the funny thing is, I tend to read more than I write. My short fiction is more on the surreal, or even downright weird side – you can read some of my literary oddities at Weirdyear, Linguistic Erosion or Mad Swirl.
Zombie Reflux has its creepy moments, but overall it’s more of a satire than a horror. Still, feel free to check out my Amazon Page where I have both Kindle and print copies of the novella for sale. Better watch out if you have a dodgy stomach though. You don’t want to end up like my protagonist, Eric. Happy Halloween!
